• Upon arrival, journey to Central Coast, one of Australia's first certified ECO Destinations. Make a stop at the retail store of The Chocolate & Nougat Factory Gosford, home of the renowned Australian confectionery producers, 'Nougat Limar', 'Bon Bon Fine Chocolate' and 'The Sydney Marshmallow Co', before we embark on an exciting journey to Hunter Valley, the premier wine-growing region. Visit the award-winning Hunter Valley Gardens and be awed by the spectacular floral display or step back in time with your favourite fairy tale characters in Storybook Garden. Spend the night at Hunter Valley Resort and hand-make your own pizza at a pizza-making class. While waiting, hop over to the Hunter Valley Wine Theatre to learn more about winemaking and sample some wines.

• Visit Irukandji Shark & Ray Encounters, a unique interactive aquarium where you can feed and pet sharks & rays, plus get to learn about their importance in the marine environment on a guided aquarium tour. Thereafter, enjoy some shopping therapy at DFO Homebush, a two-level premium shopping outlet housing some of the world’s biggest brands plus an international food court before we return to Sydney. Commence on a drive-through city tour covering Sydney’s birthplace - The Rocks, view of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House and the famous Darling Harbour.

• Depart for your domestic flight to Melbourne, the Garden City of Australia. Upon arrival, proceed to Queen Victoria Market and explore the iconic food halls and heritage sheds. Commence on a drive-through city tour to see iconic sights such as Flinders Street Railway Station, the contemporary Federation Square, St. Paul’s Cathedral, known for its architecture that boasts Neoclassical English Baroque-style elements design, the heritage listed Parliament House and bustling Chinatown.

Note: Boxed breakfast will be arranged if domestic flight is early in the morning. Queen Victoria Market closes on Monday, Wednesday and public holidays.

• Embark on a joyful ride among scenic Dandenong Ranges onboard the century-old Puffing Billy Steam Train. Continue our journey to scenic Yarra Valley, Victoria’s oldest wine region, a food and wine lover’s paradise. Visit Cherry Hill Orchards, an Australian family-owned cherry farm since 1940. During cherry picking season, try hand-picking your own cherries amidst endless rows of cherry trees on the 100-acre orchard. Thereafter, proceed to Rochford Wines Yarra Valley to sample the award-winning wines and perhaps spend a moment to relax at the courtyard lined with shady elm trees. Make a stop at the award-winning Four Pillars Gin Distillery and the picturesque sweet treats of Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery before we return to Melbourne.
