6D5N HANOI-BA BE-CAO BANG-LANG SON-BAC SON

• Arrive Hanoi by noon flight. Pick up at Noi Bai airport and drive to Ba Be Lake (204km, 4.5hrs transfer). Tonight, we will have dinner and enjoy teatime at a home stay with nice river view in Pac Ngoi village. Overnight at Sai Gon Ba Be Resort.

Dinner

• Take a boat trip on Ba Be Lake, the largest natural lake in Vietnam which has a water area around 500ha, spreading over 8km. Visit Puong Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Ba Be National Park and onwards to Dau Dang. While waiting for our lunch to be served in a Minority  estaurant, take a short walk to visit Dau Dang Waterfall. After lunch, take a boat back to Pac Ngoi Village, then transfer to Cao Bang (126km, 3.5hrs drive). Cao Bang is a mountainous province situated in northeast Vietnam with a common international border with Guangxi Province of China. Overnight at Muong Thanh Luxury Cao Bang.

• Transfer to visit Ban Gioc Waterfall on the China-Vietnam border which is 85km away from the city. Ban Gioc is one of the largest and the most impressive waterfalls in Vietnam. Be amazed by white water, picturesque blue sky, great limestone mountains and stunning rice fields –  great photo opportunity! Continue to Nguom Ngao Cave, one of the largest caves in the area that has many fascinating stalactites in different shapes. After lunch, transfer to Lang Son (132km, 3.5hrs drive). Enjoy dinner at New Century, famous in the entire region for its extensive menu. This evening, you can visit the lively and colorful night market. Overnight in Muong Thanh Luxury Lang Son.

• Begin your adventure with a scenic drive to Bac Son Valley, passing through the stunning Tam Canh Pass. Visit Dong Lam Grassland, a perfect spot for nature lovers. Thereafter, explore Huu Lien Village, a serene village nestled among mountains and rice fields. Visit Quynh Son Village to discover the traditional stilt houses and the craft of tile-making in this picturesque village. At Bac Son Valley Viewpoint, where you climb to Na Lay Peak for a breathtaking panoramic overview of the valley. Lastly, explore Bac Son Flower Valley where you get to wander through vibrant flower fields at the base of the majestic mountains. Overnight at Bac Son Homestay.

• Have local breakfast before the transfer back to Hanoi. Free time at leisure in Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
