With the SA Travellers’ Club Privilege Card, the new loyalty program from SA Tours, card members are able to turn their spending into savings for their next purchase! The Benefits

Each point is valued at S$1, available for redemption after tour departs, on subsequent purchases of group tour packages or free & easy packages

Have you signed up but have not received your card?
Your membership card is most likely waiting for you at our office! At your convenience, please visit our office at People’s Park Complex, #04-62 during opening hours and pick up your card from the reception. (To confirm membership, visit our Membership Portal and check if you are able to log-in. If you are, then you are already a member and your card is waiting at our office!).

HOW DOES THE SA TRAVELLERS’ CLUB PRIVILEGE CARD WORK?
The SA Travellers’ Club Privilege Card allows you to earn loyalty points with your purchase! Simply present your SA Travellers’ Club Privilege Card during FINAL PAYMENT to earn and redeem rebates. Payment will be made in the
usual manner by cash, NETS or credit card.

HOW DO I EARN AND REDEEM REBATES?
You must produce your SA Travellers’ Club Privilege Card at point of FINAL PAYMENT to earn rebates. Rebates and loyalty points cannot be earned or redeemed on deposit payment. No other requests will be entertained after purchase has been made. Points will be issued on the eligible amount after payment made with vouchers and/or redemption of previously earned rebates. Loyalty points are awarded on a per-traveller and per-trip basis. Thus, you must be one of the travellers to be awarded points. Loyalty points are awarded only on tour group/ free & easy packages that cost >$500 per person, before taxes. All points are awarded on nett purchase price before taxes. Loyalty points awarded with purchase of tour group package and free & easy package. Each point is valued at S$1, available for redemption after tour departs on subsequent purchases of group tour packages and free & easy packages.
Rebates earned in current transaction can only be redeemed on your next purchase.
To redeem, simply present the card and let the tour consultant know you would like to redeem your loyalty points.


HOW DO I CHECK THE BALANCE OF REBATES IN MY ACCOUNT?
Log on to the SA Travellers’ Club membership portal at https://rewards.satours.com

ARE THE REBATES TRANSFERABLE?
Yes, rebates are transferable to immediate family ONLY. Rebates cannot be exchanged for cash.

CAN MY FAMILY’S POINTS BE ACCRUED UNDER ONE ACCOUNT?
Yes, rebates are transferable to immediate family ONLY. Rebates cannot be exchanged for cash.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO BE A SA TRAVELLERS’ CLUB MEMBER?
Yes, you must be 18 years old or older. However, if your child is under 18 years old, your child is eligible for points as long as his/her parents are members of SA Travellers’ Club. The points accrued by the child will then be registered under one of his/her parents.

WILL MY CARD BE CANCELLED OR EXPIRE IF I DON’T USE IT? WILL MY REBATES EXPIRE?
No. SA Traveller’s Club is a program meant to reward our loyal customers and as such, this card will not expire and will not be cancelled. In that same vein, your rebates will also never expire.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY LOYALTY POINTS IN THE EVENT THAT I CANCEL MY TOUR AFTER I MAKE FINAL PAYMENT?
We will deduct the points we have given based on how much you have paid after deducting the cancellation charge.

IF I RECEIVE SA TRAVEL VOUCHERS AS A GIFT, CAN I BE AWARDED POINTS IF I USE THE TRAVEL VOUCHERs TO PURCHASE A TOUR PACKAGE/ FREE & EASY TOUR PACKAGE?
Yes, you will be awarded points even if you use a travel voucher to purchase a tour package from us. Note: Please note that points will not be awarded if you simply purchase travel vouchers from us. Therefore, points will only be awarded to the traveller, not the purchaser.

Travel Fairs

CAN I BE AWARDED POINTS AND/OR REDEEM POINTS IF I MAKE FINAL PAYMENT AT TRAVEL FAIR (SA TRAVEL FAIR/ OTHER TRAVEL FAIRS)?
If final payment is made at any SA Travel Fair/ Other Travel Fairs, loyalty points can be awarded but are not allowed to be redeemed.

IF I PURCHASE A GROUP TOUR/ FREE AND EASY TOUR USING A SPECIAL PROMOTION (E.G. BUY 1 GET 1 FREE, $xx OFF PER COUPLE, $xx OFF 2ND TRAVELLER ET AL), HOW WILL POINTS BE AWARDED?
We will first divide down the cost to what is paid per person then we will halve the points as would be normally accorded.
For example, if you purchase a holiday to Korea that costs $1500 during a 1-for-1 promotion. This would then mean each person pays $750 and would then normally be awarded 6 points. In this case, each person would then be
awarded 3 points.
Similarly, if you purchase a holiday to Taipei that costs $700 during a 1-for-1 promotion, this would then mean each person pays $350 and in that case, no points would be awarded.
