Good day, we would like to put our thumbs up for our tour manager, Ms Rachel Kuek for our group tour to Central Europe during period of 12 to 22 Dec 19.

During the tour of the countries, she demonstrated not only her experience in showing her guests the history of each place visited but also cared for each family's request within her ability. She is flexible and quick minded and assured that guest whom visited Europe 1st time or couple, had the best experience. We felt her passion in showing her guests the memorable experience.

We also encountered an extraordinary experience which we are stopped by Switzerland's police on road check of our tour coach and in return, we again see Rachel demonstrated her great experience to assure things are under control and replacement coach will be within a hour which is challenging in such a surprise situation. She is firm and unwavering and still care on her guests' well being and not forgotten her tour coach' driver, Mr Ricardo. She worried about his situation and from there, we felt that a good tour experience not only seeing the beautiful places but also a memorable experience in how such situation turn to see how close knitting exposure within the guests, tour manager and coach driver.

We also like to compliment our coach driver, Mr Ricardo for his good manner and assured our road trip is safe and at our best during that period.

Last but not least, the reason for us keep coming back to SA Tour over the decades since our 1st on our honeymoon years ago, till we had our kids, not only on price, package or itinerary but the most important factor is your people.
