• Assemble at Changi International Airport to check in for your flight to Taipei, Taiwan’s capital city. Upon arrival at Taoyuan International Airport, meet your local guide and transfer to dinner then check in to your accommodation.

• Assemble at Changi International Airport to check in for your flight to Taipei, Taiwan’s capital city. Upon arrival at Taoyuan International Airport, meet your local guide and transfer to a local Taiwan Soy Milk Breakfast Shop for an authentic Taiwanese breakfast. Visit Shifen Old Street, see iconic Jing’An Bridge and try your hand at releasing a sky lantern out on the train track. Thereafter, visit Jiufen Old Street, a narrow alleyway lined up with small food stalls, tea houses, souvenir shops and pottery stores nestled in a quaint mountain town.
  

Dinner

• Visit Taiyen Tongxiao Tourism Park, the only salt industry tourist factory present in Taiwan, with multiple complexes of attractions. Soak your feet under heated sea water and taste delicious salty popsicles before we explore Lukang Old Streets, Mazu Temple, Osmanthus Flower Alley Art Village, Mo Lu Lane and Longshan Temple, one of Taiwan’s best-preserved and most exquisite imperial-era structures, on your Lukang Rickshaw Tour. Then, visit Taichung Cultural Heritage Park, a beautifully restored liquor factory showcasing art, history and design in blissful surroundings before you shop and eat to your heart’s content at Fengjia Night Market, one of the most famous night markets in Taichung.

Breakfast / Lunch

• Journey to Taroko National Park, famous for its spectacular mountains and marble canyons. Make a stop at Buluowan Suspension Bridge, the longest and highest bridge in the national park to view the twists and turns of Liwu River. Proceed to Chishingtan Scenic Area, a tranquil seafront destination with a gravel shore, offering azure waters, pavilions and bike trails. End the day at Dongdamen Night Market, the largest night market in Hualien to gain a delicious insight into Taiwan’s local street food.

• Visit Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, a national monument, landmark and tourist attraction erected in memory of Generalissimo Chiang Kai-shek. Make a stop at a local products store for some local delights before we proceed to Dadaocheng, undoubtedly one of Taipei’s most compelling neighbourhoods and best places to explore on foot. Explore Dihua Street, one of Taipei’s oldest streets; Yongle Market, once a bustling commercial centre for tea and dry-goods now the largest fabric center in Taiwan; and the century old Xiahai Chenghuang Temple. Hand make your own tarts at the Pineapple Tarts DIY Workshop and end the day at Ximending, the mecca for youth culture and a famous shopping district in Taipei with amazing street art, quirky restaurants and cafes.
