Upon arrival, proceed to Sydney Fish Market, the largest market of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere, featuring a range of seafood and fresh produce retailers, cafés and restaurants, a wholesale auction, working wharf and Sydney Seafood School. Commence on a drive-through city tour covering Sydney’s birthplace - The Rocks, view the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House, bustling Chinatown and the famous Darling Harbour.

SYDNEY – CENTRAL COAST – PORT STEPHENS

Journey to Central Coast, one of Australia's first certified ECO Destinations. Make a stop at the retail store of The Chocolate & Nougat Factory Gosford, home of the renowned Australian confectionery producers, 'Nougat Limar', 'Bon Bon Fine Chocolate' and 'The Sydney Marshmallow Co'. Continue to Port Stephens, a natural wonderland full of outdoor adventures where the extraordinary is commonplace. Visit Irukandji Shark & Ray Encounters, a unique interactive aquarium where you can feed and pet sharks & rays, plus get to learn about their importance in the marine environment on a guided aquarium tour. Enjoy views of the whole of Port Stephens at Gan Gan Lookout, the highest and most accessible lookout.

PORT STEPHENS – HUNTER VALLEY

Hop on a 4WD Sand Boarding Tour at the towering golden Stockton Bight Sand Dunes and fly down the dunes that may reach heights of over 30-metres with slopes up to 60-degrees. Proceed to Oakvale Wildlife Park and you can get up close with an endless menagerie of domestic and native Australian animals. Enjoy wine & beer tasting with lunch at B Farm by Murrays, home to Murray's Craft Brewing Co. Then, embark on an exciting journey to Hunter Valley, the premier wine-growing region. Spend the night at Hunter Valley Resort and hand make your own pizza at the pizza-making class. While waiting, hop over to the Hunter Valley Wine Theatre to learn more about winemaking and sample some wines.

HUNTER VALLEY – SYDNEY

Wake up early and watch sunrise break over Hunter Valley’s magnificent horizon. Why not opt for a hot air balloon ride (at your own expense) for stunning views of the vineyards, farmland and mountains of the lower Hunter Valley from a vantage point like no other! Visit the award-winning Hunter Valley Gardens and be awed by the spectacular floral display or step back in time with your favourite fairy tale characters in Storybook Garden before we return to Sydney. En route, enjoy some shopping therapy at DFO Homebush, a two-level premium shopping outlet housing some of the world’s biggest brands plus an international food court.

驱车前往坐拥碧海银滩、湖河湾岸以及景色壮丽的中央海岸。在澳大利亚著名糖果生产商，Gosford巧克力和牛轧糖工厂的零售店稍作停留后，续程前往素有“野生动物天堂”之称的史提芬港。游览独特的Irukandji Shark & Ray Encounters水族馆，在安全的室内水族馆轻抚、拥抱或饲喂鲨鱼与鳐鱼，还可以与各种海洋生物来个美丽的邂逅。稍后，到位于尼尔森湾一座稍显陡峻的山上的甘甘观景台，居高临下地欣赏斯蒂芬斯港360度全方位、日落时分尤为美丽的景色。

今早出发到斯托克顿沙丘进行一个不可错过的四轮驱动沙丘滑沙之旅。乘坐特别构造的四驱小巴抵达沙丘后，您可以拿着滑板登上10多20层楼高的沙丘顶往下滑，或漫步并感受脚趾间的沙子和拍摄美景。参观橡树谷野生动物公园，体验澳洲野生动物与本土农场动物近距离接触。在Murray's Craft Brewing Co. 的B Farm by Murrays品尝葡萄酒和啤酒并享用午餐后，续程前往猎人谷，澳洲最古老的葡萄酒产区。在猎人谷度假村参加比萨制作课程并在等待的期间，到葡萄酒剧场了解酿造过程和品尝葡萄酒。
