  • Assemble at Changi International Airport to check in for your flight to Cairo, Egypt.


Meals On Board

  • Begin the tour by visiting the Egyptian Museum, which houses over 100,000 relics and antiques from the prehistoric era to the Greco-Roman period. Drive along Corniche El-Nil, the promenade by the River Nile. Thereafter, proceed to Hurghada, a beach resort by the Red Sea.

  • This morning, experience the breathtaking beautiful coral reefs of the Red Sea on a glass bottom boat. Next, drive past Hurghada Marina Boulevard that is lined with many restaurants and shops. This evening, enjoy your dinner at Hard Rock Café Hurghada. If time permits, you may consider joining an optional excursion for desert safari on quad bikes.

  • After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely drive to Luxor. Make a stop at the Temple of Luxor, which was built during Amenhotep ll’s reign and is distinctive with 6 looming statues of Pharaoh Rameses ll at the entrance. Thereafter, embark on a 4-night Nile Cruise from Luxor to Aswan.

  • This morning, continue your journey to the west bank of the Nile to visit Valley of the Kings, where tombs were built for the pharaohs and powerful nobles of the New Kingdom of ancient Egypt. Next, visit the Temple of Hatshepsut, a mortuary temple dedicated to the Sun God. Pass the Colossi of Memnon, 2 massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, which have stood here for the past 3,400 years.

  • After breakfast, hop on a Kalesh ride, an Egyptian horse-drawn carriage, to visit the Temple of Horus, the best-preserved ancient temple in Egypt. Continue sailing southwards to Kom Ombo to visit Temple of Kom Ombo, an unusual double temple dedicated to 2 gods, Sobek and Horus.

  • After breakfast, enjoy the traditional ‘Felucca’ ride, a fantastic sailing experience around Elephantine Island and visit the famous Botanical Garden. This afternoon, you are free and may consider joining an optional excursion to Abu Simbel – UNESCO World Heritage Site.

  • This morning, disembark from the cruise and continue sightseeing in Aswan. Visit the Aswan High Dam, an engineering miracle built in the 1960s to regulate river flooding and provide water and electricity to the whole of Egypt. Next, proceed to view the enormous structure of the Unfinished Obelisk and take a motorboat ride (subject to weather conditions) to the beautiful Temple of Philae, dedicated to Goddess Isis. Thereafter, take a domestic flight back to Cairo.

  • After breakfast, enjoy a Camel Ride to see one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Great Pyramid of Giza. Next, visit Memphis, capital of ancient Egypt. Its ruins are the remains of gigantic palaces and temples that once stood there. Proceed to Saqqara Step Pyramid, a site built for Pharaoh Djoser and the oldest limestone structure in the world. Next, enjoy great shopping opportunities at Khan El Khalili, a bustling bazaar. Proceed to an Egyptian Perfumery and learn how perfume is made, Egyptian-style.

  • This morning, explore the Coptic Cairo. Visit the famous Hanging Church (Suspended Church) which was built on top of the water gate of the old Roman fortress of Babylon. Thereafter, continue to the oldest Church of St Sergius where it is believed that the Holy Family was sheltered in a cave below the altar. Walk through the narrow streets before arriving at the oldest Ben Ezra Synagogue, a testament to the ancient and significant presence of Jews in this region. Visit The Mosque of Muhammad Ali which dominates the medieval Citadel and was built on the summit of the citadel, the highest point in Cairo. At its lookout, enjoy a bird's eye view of the entire city including the Great Pyramids on clear days (subject to weather conditions).
