DAY 1

Assemble at Changi International Airport for your flight to thrilling South Africa- a world in one country!

DAY 2

Upon arrival, proceed on a tour to the Gold Reef City, which is a reconstruction of Johannesburg during the gold rush era. Included in this tour is a descent to an old gold mineshaft to learn how gold was extracted in the past. Thereafter continue with a Pretoria city tour – the administrative capital of South Africa. City tour includes visit to Voortrekker Monument, which dominates the Pretoria skyline. You will also drive pass the Church Square and Union Buildings – the site of the inauguration of President Mbeki and Mr. Mandela. Thereafter, continue our journey to Sun City, a premier holiday resort in South Africa.

DAY 3

After breakfast, rest of the day is free at leisure. You may discover the many myths and legends from Africa’s distant past, which surround the Lost City, a photographer’s dream come true with its magnificent ancient architecture and beautiful landscapes. For those who like to try their luck in winnings, there are many jackpots available here. For sport enthusiasts, enjoy a game of golf at any one of the two-championship courses here or try water sports of any form imaginable at water world, a man-made lake. An exciting day awaits you. In the afternoon, proceed for a High – Tea at Palace Hotel.

DAY 4

This morning, proceed to the Game Reserve. Lunch will be served upon arrival. In the afternoon, set out in Open-Top Bush Vehicles for a guided game drive through the Park with an opportunity to see Africa’s “Big Five” (Lion, Elephant, Rhinoceros, Buffalo & Leopard) and photograph the abundant wildlife at close range.

DAY 5

Embark on an early morning game drive before our departure to Johannesburg. Proceed to Cambanos for some African curios shopping. Next, proceed to Bruma Market World with a wide variety of African arts, crafts, collectibles, fashions and fabrics.

DAY 6

This morning, catch a domestic flight to Cape Town. Cape Town is the oldest city and the legislative capital of South Africa. African named Cape Town as their “Mother City”. Upon arrival, proceed to West Coast Ostrich Ranch for a guided tour to learn about these fascinating birds, from the history of ostrich farming to the breeding and rearing of ostriches. Take the Cable Car (if weather permits) to the top of the Table Mountain where the panoramic views are rivaled by the unique indigenous flora and fauna. Enjoy the crisp air and clear visibility over a radius of approximately 70km on a clear day. Spend the rest of the day at the vibrant Victoria & Alfred Waterfront where a variety of shops, boutiques, pubs, restaurants that cater for every taste.

DAY 7

Depart on a full day tour of the Cape Peninsula. This tour brings you to the Atlantic suburbs, Sea Point, Clifton and Camp’s Bay to Hout Bay. If weather permits, embark on a boat ride to Seal Island to view the seals and sea birds. Our next stop will be the Mineral World, a gemstone factory. Continue your tour to the Cape Of Good Hope Nature Reserve along one of South Africa’s most scenic routes and proceed to Cape Point. A lobster lunch will be served before we continue our drive to Boulder’s Beach and see the large colony of Africans Penguins.

DAY 8

This morning, proceed to Stellenbosch – the second oldest town in South Africa, was founded in 1679 and is renowned for its Cape Dutch buildings, university and wines. Proceed for your cellar tour and wine tasting at a wine estate. Continue to the Cheetah farm at Spier. Learn more about this incredible cat from a distance, for a small donation, you may get up close and personal with the fastest animal in the world. After which, proceed to Century City - Africa’s largest shopping and entertainment Center which was opened in October 2000 and has more than 400 shops. Tonight, dinner will be at Africa Café. With fantastic décor, this is the best place in Cape Town to sample a range of African food.

DAY 9

Free at leisure until your departure to the airport for your flight home.

Arrive in Singapore with happy memories of your South Africa tour with SA Tours.
