Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport and begin your vacation with a pleasant flight to Taipei, the Capital City of Taiwan. Upon arrival, you will be met by our friendly local guide and transfer to hotel for check-in. (Meals on Board)
Our first stop is to the most famous spot in Taiwan - The National Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall, a magnificent building constructed in the memory of the former Military dictator and President Chiang Kai-shek. Following which, proceed to view an elaborate and graceful changing of guards' ceremony at Martyr's Shrine. Next, visit National Palace Museum, which has the world's largest assemblage of priceless collection of Chinese artefacts dating back thousands of years. Travel to Chiufen which is located up in the hills of Northeast Taiwan. Here you can see the traditional way of life that still exists, you can try somethe famous local dishes such as Taro and Sweet Potato Ball. Refresh your senses with a pampering hot spring bath at Beitou Hot Spring Resort before arriving at Shihlin Night Market. Tonight, enjoya fun time shopping and tasting the wide variety of local snacks at one of the largest Night Market. (B/L)
