Flight from Singapore - Perth
This morning, pick-up from your accommodation for an overnight stay in Margaret River. Following Morning tea (own expense) at Busselton and marvel at the Busselton Jetty - the longest timber jetty in the southern hemisphere. Stop at Cape Lavender farm to view the beautiful gardens or maybe make a purchase from the extensive Lavender products. Continue to Margaret River Township, then enjoy picnic lunch at Lake Cave Teahouse. After lunch, experience guided tour of Mammoth Cave, one of over 300 natural underground limestone caves in the district. Travelling south we passby stunning Boranup Forest, a visual highlight of the region before driving past Augusta's famous Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse, a geographical point of significance marking the dividing point between the Southern & Indian Oceans. Later at 5pm, you will be drop off at the overnight accommodation and enjoy dinner at the onsite cafe.
After your cooked breakfast this morning, enjoy free timeto browse the main street of Margaret River Township. Check out at 10am and leave your luggage in storage at the hotel reception so that it can be collected on your return. At 10.45am, you will be pick up by a local wine touring company for an enjoyable day out and about sampling some of the regions gourment delights. Later, enjoy a gourment Aussie style BBQ and informative talk by your local wine guide on appreciating the region's fine wine. You will also visit The Chocolate Factory, Cheese Factory and local boutique brewery (if time permitting). Your guide will drop you off at your hotel at the end of the tour and kindly wait for your coach captain for your return journey to Perth.
