DAY 1
Assemble at Changi airport for your flight to Lan Zhou via Xi An . Upon arrival, meet your local guide for a warm welcome. After dinner, you will check in at the hotel.
DAY 2
After breakfast, visit Yellow River ( My Mother ) Sculptures. You can see the ancient Iron Bridge of Yellow River , which is one of the most important harbour of the Silk Road. Next, the coach will take you to Wu Wei. Visit Hai Zhang Temple, which was built in Jing Dynasty . Next, we will set off for the town of Zhang Ye. Zhang Ye is the intersection point of the east-west & north-south trading routes and was the most important trading market in ancient time. Upon arrival, visit the Grand Buddha Temple. A temple built 900 year ago, during the western Xia era.
DAY 3
After breakfast, we will take the coach to Jiu Quan to visit Jiuquan Park and Night Glowing Cup Factory. Next, we will go to Jia Yu Guan. Jiayuguan Ancient Pass is the western end of the Great Wall, which meanders across the country for more than 6,000 kilometers. Set in the mountain range of the Mt. Wenshu (Manjushri) and the valleys of the Heishan (Black mountain), it is the essential passing point of the ancient Silk Road. Standing on the western end of the great wall, the panoramic view of the Gobi desert will take your breath away.
DAY 4
After breakfast, the coach will take us to Dun Huang. We will proceed to the two ‘wonders in the Gobi Desert’ – Mingsha (Singing Sand) Hill and Yueya (Crescent) Spring. You can enjoy a leisurely camel ride at your own expense. Proceed to tour the world famous Mogao Grottoe, also known as Thousand Buddha Caves.
DAY 5
This morning, along the way to our destination you can admire the view of the Balikun Grassland. We will visit the White Stone Scenic Area and enjoy the beauty of nature. We will also visit the local people’s house to learn more about their culture and lifestyle. The coach will take us to Ha Mi to spend the night.
DAY 6
Today, the coach will take you to Turpan. We will visit the famous grape plants at Pu Tao Gou (Grape Valley). The grapes in this place are the most delicious in the world. Thereafter, visit the Kan Er Jing (Well), an underground irrigation system. Proceed to Flaming Moutain (Huo Yan Shan). Thereafter, we will go to Urumuqi.
DAY 7
Travel on to Urumuqi. Explore the crystal clear lake of Tian Chi Lake in Mt. Tianshan, 120 kilometers west of Urumuqi. The water is in a deep shade of turquoise blue and still as mirror. A coack will take us to the airport to take the domestic flight to Xi An.
DAY 8
After breakfast, you are free at leisure until your transfer to the airport for your flight back to Singapore. (SKC8) 10Days tour SKC0 1st day to 7th day same with 8 Days tour SKC8 >>> After breakfast, visit the Ancient Wall located at Xi An city central. the best preserved ancient city defence system in China, the massive walls measure at 12m high. Thereafter, visit the Dayan (Great Wild Goose) Pagoda (exterior) and Dayan Square. You will see the beautiful musical colour fountain. Proceed to the royal garden – Da Tang Furong Yuan. This park was built like the Tang Dynasty’s garden. Around 5pm, you can enjoy the show for an hour at the garden. We will have dinner after the show and head back to the hotel. (SKC0)
DAY 9
After breakfast, marvel the world famous Emperor Qin Shi Huang’s Terra Cotta Warriors. The incredible collection of more than 1000 life-size clay figurines, discovered in a number of burial pits, is one of China’s greatest archeological discoveries in recent years.. Next, visit the Hua Qing Hot Spring at the western foot of Li Shan Hill. It is believed that Yang Gui Fei, once of the four great beauties of ancient China, spent many winters here with Emperor Xuan Zhong of Tang Dynasty. This has been much written about in Chinese history and literature. Next, visit the Bell & Drum Tower Square and Hui Min Street .
DAY 10
After breakfast, you are at leisure until your transfer to the airport for your flight back to Singapore.
