Your holiday begin with a pleasant flight to Kunming – the provincial capital of Yunnan. Upon arrival, you will visit Daguan Park. It boasts a 180 words antithetical couplet, the longest in China, written by Sun Ranfeng, a celebrated scholar in the Qing dynasty. Continue your tour to Dongxi Pagodas, Nanping Pedestrian Street, JinMaBiJi (Golden horse, Jade Rooster Archway) and Tea House.
After breakfast, Coach to Dali, it is a historical and culture city of China. Proceed to Erhai Park; you can enjoy the most beautiful viewing of Erhai lake. Next, Visit Xizhou village, this village has the most mixed population and cosmopolitan background. It grew and flourished in the Ming Dynasty(136-1644)along with the fortunes of Dali’s renowned tea merchants that traded to Tibet. Villagers in Bai dresses gather in a small market to buy and sell their product an daily wares. Enjoy the famous Bai Tribe’s tea performance. Continue to Mingzhu (pearl) Square at Dali new town. Visit the Dali Ancient town and Westerners’ Street. Next proceed to marble handicraft Center.
We will enter to visit the symbol scenic attraction of Dali - the Three Pagodas. Depart for Lijiang by coach after lunch. Upon arrival, visit Shizi Mountain, you can take a bird view of Lijiang. Next explore the ancient town of Dayan, which is also known as Sifangjie (The Market Square). Dayan is regarded as the old town of Lijiang. Lastly, your tour will visit to Hei Long Tan (Black Dragon Lake). After dinner, *releasing of water lanter to river. ( *Releasing of water lanter is subject to weather condition.)
Today we will visit the Jade dragon snow mountain scenic area. Continue visit to Yufeng Temple. Next, visit Dongba Valley; experience the original flavor of folk customs of minority ethnic groups here. Proceed to visit Lan Yue Valley (Blue Moon Valley), Baishui River, Ganhaizi and Yushui Zhai, a scenic area that surrounded the Naxi tribe and it is remained the traditional life style of Naxi minority. Next, enjoy the performance of directed by Zhang Yimou. Next visit the local specialty, Spirulina Center and get to know its benefits. Enjoy a leisurely walk at Shuhe Ancient Town, which retains its past atmosphere as a cozy village, hemmed in by orchards and green fields, houses are built along three clear streams.
Move on to Zhongdian (Shangri-La). En-route, see the First Bend of Yangtze River. Upon arrival , enter to visit Gedan SongZanLing Lamasery which constructed in 1679, this lamasery which is only 5 kilometres from the country seat of Shangri-la, is similar to the original one in the Tibet. Covering an area of 34 hectare, it is the first Tibetan Buddhist temple in Yunnan. Next you will visit Shika Snowy Mountain by cable car. Shika Snowy Mountain is 4,449 meters above sea level. Up to the observation terrace, you can overlook the panoramic view of highland prairies and the remote Snow Peaks as Meili, Jade Dragon, Haba etc. Continue to visit the world biggest Tibetan Prayer Wheel from afar. There after, you will take a tour to Dukezong ancient city.
Take a domestic flight back to Kunming, Set off for Jiuxiang which is famous for its magnificent caves, waterfalls and beautiful landscape, it is Jiuxiang biggest cave clusters in China. Thereafter, proceed to marvel the Stone Forest also known as “The First Wonder of the World”. Stone Forest is a massive collection of gray limestone pillars, split by rainwater and eroded to their present fanciful form. You will be captivated by her immerse beauty.
After breakfast,proceed to visit Colorful Yunnan – Peacock Park. Continue tour to visit Golden Temple, the biggest bronze –made temple in China.you are free at own leisure till transfer to airport for your flight back to singapore.
Day1-7 itinerary same as 7days KLS7. Today we will visit Cuihu Park, a green world, with willow trees swaying gently on the dikes, and the surface of the lake covered all over with lotus plants. In winter and spring, Kunming residents flock to the Cuihu Park to feed red-beaked gulls - there are tens of thousands of them, which descend upon the lake. Next visits the Yuantong temple.
