DAY 1

Day 01 : Singapore -Shanghai or Beijing- Hohhot ( Meal on board , Dinner)

Assemble at Changi Airport for your flight to Shanghai or Beijing. Thereafter, depart by domestic flight to Hohhot. Upon arrival, visit "Zhaojun Tomb" one of four most beautiful maids of imperial palace in Han Dynasty, who voluntarily married the chief of the Xiongnu Horde for the purpose of building racial harmony. Next explore Dazhao Temple, built in 1657. Dazhao means ‘The Middle Temple’ in Mongolian language. The temple was first known as Hongci (Mercifulness) Temple in Mandarin, but later renamed as Wuliang (Infinity). It was also called Yinfo (Silver Buddha) Temple as it houses a silver Buddha statue. Next, Proceed on to Hohhot.

DAY 2

2: Hohhot -- Ordos (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

After breakfast, proceed to Kubuqi desert after passing the mother river of Chinese nation -- the Yellow River. The famous Kubuqi desert, the famous Sand Bay, located in the middle Kubuqi , be amazed by the strange phenomenon of the ‘singing sand’, one of the four wonders of its kind in China. Enjoy the sand sea oases, by *camel or *skateboarding (*optional) , thereafter continue by coach to Ordos.

DAY 3

3: Ordos -- Hohhot (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

visit the Genghis Khan Mausoleum, who was the founding emperor of the Yuan Dynasty of China. Genghis Khan, the great Man in the history, is the historic and culture tourist site of the grassland. Genghis Khan Mausoleum have been guarded by Targuud People for more than eight hundred years. Afternoon, return back to Hohhot. While we coach back to our hotel , enjoy the night view as we drive by the main landmarks of Hothot: : Islamic culture style street and Meng culture style street.

DAY 4

4: Hohhot / Xilamuren Grassland / Campfire Evening Party (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

y you travel to Grassland and marvel the vast grassland of Xilamuren .Here, you can ride camels, horse at own expense. Have fun with the riding games. Visit herdsmen's homes, see the unique ‘Aobao’ or sand dunes. Be treated to the traditional Mongolian wine of ‘Xiama Jiu’). Visit the home of a Mongolian family and learn about their customs and culture. To night, experience Campfire evening Party and Mongolian yurts accommodation.

DAY 5

Day 5: Xilamuren Grassland / Datong (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

spectacular view of sunrise at the grassland (at your own accord) before your Mongolian breakfast. See horse racing, Mongolian wrestling and experience grassland horse riding at own expense. Continue your journey with a scenic coach ride to Datong. It lies in the northern part of Shanxi Province and the 2nd largest city of the province..

DAY 6

Day 6: Datong (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Enjoy your day in Datong, which lies in the basin between the north and south stretches of the Great Wall. It served as the seat of the Northern Wei regime. Be fascinated by the historic and cultural relic, Yungang Grottoes. It reveals 53 caves and over 51,000 stone statues. A treasure-trove of cave art that combines traditional Chinese art forms with foreign influence, particularly Greek and Indian. The tallest Buddha is surrounded by many small Buddha in Grotto No. 5, also called the Big Buddha's Cave. Next visit the JiuLongBi (Nine-dragon Screen), built in Ming Dynasty in front of the mansion of Ming Emperor Taizu. The Qing royalties loved it so much that a replica of the masterpiece was erected in the Imperial Palace in Beijing.

DAY 7

Day 7: Datong -- Mt. Wutai (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Be amazed by the spectacular sight of XuanKongSi (Hanging Temple) built above the steep cliff of Hengshan Mountain. The temple is accessible by a steep, narrow footway carved out of the cliff. The temple is a group of 40 chambers or halls shown out on a hanging cliff. Next, travel on to the most holy land of Chinese Buddhism Mt. Wutai, one of the four sacred mountain to Buddhists in China. The name represents 5 main peaks, embracing one another. The spectacular mountain is home to 360 monasteries and shrines built during the Tang Dynasty. Amongst them only 47 exist till today. They portrayed the most prestigious and marvelous Tibetan, Lamaism and Buddhism temples built during the dynasty Places of attractions in Mt. Wutai area include WuYe Temple , Tayuan (Pagoda Court) Temple , Pusha (Bodhisattva) Summit and Shuxiang Temple.

DAY 8

Day 8: Mt. Wutai -- Taiyuan

Visit Xiantong Temple , thereafter coach to Taiyuan. Upon arrival , visit the Shanxi Museum and Vinegar culture Park.

DAY 9

Day 9: Taiyuan (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Visit Ping Yao Ancient City. Taiyuan, Ping Yao is the reputed Historical and cultural city of the nation and has a history of more than 2700 years from now. Next, explore Qiao’s Family Compounds, which was built during Qing Dynasty. It belongs to a successful financier Qiao Zhiyong at the time. The buildings continue to be well aintained and has been converted into a folklore museum. It was this mansion where the popular movie ‘Dahong Denglong GaogaoGuo’(Hang the Red Lanterns High) was filmed.

DAY 10

Day 10: Taiyuan-Shanghai or Beijing- Singapore (Breakfast, Lunch)

Visit the Jin Temple and Coal Museum. Thereafter, transfer to airport for your return flight to Singapore via Shanghai or Beijing.
