DAY 1

Your holiday begins with a pleasant fl ight to Guang Zhou, upon arrival, visit Chenjiaci (Tan Ancestor Shrine). It is also the main ancestor shrine of the Guandong Province, which is also known as the Tan Family Academy of Classical Learning. Built in 1890-1894 and designed by Li julin. Occupying a total area of 15000sq m, with a total of 19 buildings, it boost of delicate artistic decoration.

DAY 2

Take a domestic flight to Guilin and start the day with a visit to Yushan Hill Park. Yushan Hill is also known as Shun Hill. This beautiful park is one of the earliest tourist attractions of Guilin. Located at the foothill of Yushan Hill are Yudi Temple and Shun Shrine, both built in the Tang Dynasty. Call at Fubo Hill where at the foothill is a cave full of Tang Dynasty Buddha stone carvings. You may enjoy a panoramic view of the city on the hilltop.

DAY 3

Today, explore Guilin’s attration of Rong Shan (Banyan and Pine) Lake. The lake is the new landmark of Guilin, featuring traditional Chinese landscape with pavilions, terraces, towers, ancient city gate, historical ruins, ten-thousand-year old banyan tree, zigzag bridge and etc. After that depart for Yangshuo by coach, visit Xijie(West Street), popular among many Caucasian tourists. At nightfall, at your own expense, catch the colorful performance of the famous musical of “Impression-Liu Sanjie”, choreographed by China’s famous choreographer, Mr.Zhang Yimou. It is unique that most of the 3,000 plus performers are local farmers and fishermen.

DAY 4

Today, you will experience a scenic cruise of LiJiang (River). Enjoy the same view that American president Bill Clinton experienced back in 1998 when visit China. Proceed to Lipu passing queer rock formations of all sizes and shapes and marvel the spectacular limestone cave of Yinzi (Silver Beads). It is the latest tourist attraction in Guilin region, inside which beautiful scenes include the Gold Deep Palace and etc. Next, head on for Nanning, capital of Guangxi Autonomous region.

DAY 5

Set off for Shuolong town in Daxin country, passing beautiful rural scenes of villages and farmhouses. Be amazed at the spectacular and thundering waterfall of Detian with a height of 40 meters and 100meters wide. The fall’s water dashes down the cliff spreading into three large tiers, which look magnificent and tremendous. The marvelous scene varies in different seasons. Next, call at Shantun Waterfall; though smaller than the Detian, it is a gracious and soothing falls.

DAY 6

Travel to DongXing China-Vietnam Port and cross the border river of Beilun into Mong Cai, a rustic town. Enjoy a coach ride to the “Guilin of the sea”-Halong Bay. In the night, at you own expense, experience the quintessence of Vietnamese culture and watch the water puppet, dan bau( mono string chordophone), cultural song and dance performance.

DAY 7

Enjoy a coach ride to the holiday resort of Halong Bay. The magnifi cent Halong Bay, considered the 8th wonder of the world, is one of the natural marvels of Vietnam. The 3,000 tiny island rising from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Tonkin are dotted with innumerable beaches and grottoes created by the wind and the waves. There are three little days in Halong Bay; each of which has its own scenic attractions.

DAY 8

Today, visit the Ba Ding Square that equates with Tian’anmen Square of Beijing and Red Squares of Moscow. The Square was where Chairman Ho Chi Ming proclaimed the founding of the Vietnamese Democratic Republic in 1945.Chairman Ho was a national hero who led his people in the fight for independence from French colonial rules. Located at the western end of Ba Ding Square is the Mausoleum of Ho Chi Ming. This is a typical Vietnamese architectural style. Lastly, you bid ”Zaijian” to Hanoi and transfer to the airport for your return flight to Singapore.
