DAY 1

Your holiday begins with a pleasant flight to Xiamen, a coastal city of Fujian Province. Met by the local guide and join a guided tour to visit the Temple of Huxiyan. Next, enjoy a scenic drive on the Round Island Ring Road. Tour the Bailuzhou Park. After dinner, check-in to hotel.

DAY 2

This morning, take a ferry to the popular Drum Wave Island (Gulangyu). Buildings on the island conforms in spirit and style to its graceful colonial legacy. Walking through the twisting lances, you will pass more than one garden villa emitting the soothing sounds of pianist in rehearsal. Take a stroll along the Dragon Head (Longtou) Commercial Street. Visit Temple of Nanputuo and enjoy a vegetarian lunch. This late afternoon, transfer to airport for your flight to Mt. Wuyi.

DAY 3

This morning after breakfast, visit the famous the famous tourist spot of Mt. Wuyi is located in the northwest of Fujian Province. First, take a bamboo raft tour of the Jiuqu (Nine Turn) Stream. Afterwards, climb up to the Peak of Tianyou, where you can have a bird’s eye view of the Mt. Wuyi scenic area. Next, view the Nest of Viewing Clouds, Peak of Hidden Screen, Cave of Tea and Peak of Maiden. Enjoy a tea tasting session at the royal tea garden. This evening, enjoy the local farmers’ dishes.

DAY 4

We continue our journey to the scenic Yixiantian, replica of Song dynasty ancient town and Palace of Wuyi. Fly to Fuzhou by a domestic flight. This evening, Buddha Jump Over The Wall will be served for your dinner. At night, free shopping time at Wuyi (Five one) shopping street.

DAY 5

This morning, tour the famous West Lake Park. It is a park of special layout offering a unique view. We will also visit the birth place of Lin Ze Xu, who as a famous official of the Qing dynasty. Travel to Quanzhou, passing by Putian. Upon arrival, visit Kaiyuan Temple. The temple house an ancient Song dynasty East West Pagoda, Hundred Pillar Hall and the Thousand Years Ancient Fig Tree. For dinner, enjoy the famous Minan cuisine. In the night, free time at the Small Product Night Market and Designer Goods Street.

DAY 6

(6D) After breakfast, visit the Overseas Historical Transportation Museum. The exhibits here reflect the good relationship of ancient Quanzhou and other overseas partners. Next, visit the ancient ruins of South Shaolin and Tianhou Mazu Temple. After lunch, return to Xiamen and shop at SM Square. Transfer to airport for your flight back to Singapore. (Breakfast/Lunch) (8D) After breakfast, visit the Overseas Historical Transportation Museum. The exhibits here reflect the good relationship of ancient Quanzhou and other overseas partners. Next, visit the ancient ruins of South Shaolin and Tianhou Mazu Temple. After lunch, proceed to Zhangzhou, famous for it's trusts. Flowers and dwelling houses. Zhangzhou has a large number of dwelling houses with ancient history, interesting structure and functions. The nearest is the Pinghe Dwelling house and is the most ancient, presenting the original style of dwelling houses. For dinner, enjoy Zhangzhou local cuisine. After dinner, your might want to take a trishaw to the Zhangzhou night market (at own expense.)

DAY 7

View the exterior of the Women’s Volleyball Training centre, passing by the Hundred Flower Village street. Catch a glimpse of the huge variety of flowers and trees. Travel to the ancient cultural town of Chaozhou. Visit the Hanwengong Shrine dedicated to the Tang Dynasty great scholar, Han Yu. Call at Kaiyuan Temple, a group of Tang Dynasty buildings built in Chinese style of quadrangular courtyards. Discover Xianzi Bridge, one of China’s most famous ancient bridges. See North court Buddha light and Guangji Gate Tower before bidding “zaijian” to Chaozhou for Shantou. At Shantou, stroll along the Long corridor by sea listening to Chao Opera performance, visit Laoma Temple which worship the Sea Goddess – Mazu. Shop at Women’s street. Dinner will be the Chaozhou and Shantou specialties of 18 Dishes.

DAY 8

After breakfast, visit the Stone Artillerary Park and Longquanyan Temple. Return to Xiamen and shop at SM Square. Transfer to airport for your flight back to Singapore.
