Can I book without being a member?
You will need to register before you can complete your booking with SA Tours.
Registering also enables you to be on our regular e-newsletter which provides you with our latest promotional deals and upcoming events. SA Tours will periodically hold Private Sales or reward Members only. So be sure to sign up.

How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?
When you have completed your on-line booking with us, you should see a confirmation message. Our tour consultant(s) will take one working day to process the booking and will either call you or send you an e-mail to confirm your booking.

What should I do if I want to cancel the reservations?

What is the difference between Full Package and Land Package?
Full Package: includes air tickets, hotel accommodation, meals and sightseeing as specified in the itinerary.
Land Package: includes all the above except air tickets. This is usually for passengers who have their own air tickets and wish to travel as per itinerary.

What are seat-in-coach tours?
Seat-in-coach tours require only a minimum of two passengers to depart, without the need to fulfill a group size. The items covered by such tours will be listed in the itineraries. Please bear in mind that sometimes such tours will only include a local guide or the coach driver at the destinations you are travelling to. Most of the time, transfer to and from the airports or hotels are not included.

What if I want to travel on the dates that are not listed on the website?
Our website will only list departure dates a month ahead. For dates beyond the given time frame, kindly request via email enquiry@satours.com.sg or call our friendly tour consultants at 6535 8911 / 6536 6633. .

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. Please email enquiry@satours.com.sg or call the hotline at 6535 8911 / 6536 6633 with the details of your reservation.
Note that cancellation / change administrative fees may apply depending on the conditions you have agreed to at the point of confirming the reservation.

I lost my Internet connection while making a reservation. What should I do?
If your reservation was completed, you should see a message informing you that your booking had been recorded.
If you did not see the message, then your reservation was not complete. You need to start over again.

What do you mean by Child with Bed and Half Twin?
Child with Bed - 1 child sharing twin room with 2 adults with extra bed
Child w/o Bed - 1 child sharing twin room with 2 adults without extra bed
Child Half Twin - 1 child sharing twin room with 1 adult

What type of browser should I be using?
www.SATours.com is designed to work with Microsoft Internet Explorer (5 or above) and Mozilla Firefox (1.x and above).

Can I change my personal particulars?
Yes. Simply login at any screen, and click on "My Profile" on the top-right of the screen. Once in the "Edit Profile" menu, you can make the necessary changes and click on "Submit" to update your particulars.

I have forgotten my passport expiry date. Can I still sign up?
Yes. You may enter any expiry date and continue with the sign up process.
Later, when you know your passport expiry date, you may update it at the "Edit Profile" screen. Click here for instructions on how to get to the "Edit Profile" screen.

Why should I buy travel insurance?
You should consider buying travel insurance from a reputed agency if you or someone in your immediate family has had a life-threatening illness or you travel frequently for long periods or in case of emergency may require immediate evacuation. Travel insurance is highly recommended as unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, personal baggage loss, accidents, injury, illness or acts of God could crop up.

If we can obtain a detailed description of the error, we would be able to assist you and also prevent the error from happening again.

- What date/time did you encounter the error?
- Are you using a PC or Macintosh?
- Which browser are you using? Which version?
- On which screen did the error occur?
- What was your sequence of actions that led to the error?
